A New Way to Deal With Bullying, But Is It Too Soft?

Mitchell Wilson was 11 when he took his own life. He had Muscular Dystrophy, was bullied,mugged and beaten in the months leading up to his death. His tormentor was caught but instead of pursuing criminal charges, Mitchell's father is asking for the tween to do community service with disabled kids. He said he wants to "save the child, because he is just a child too." Kids not safe from bulling


Iran government turns blind eye to justice

The latest victim of the Iranian government is Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani who has variously been sentenced to be lashed, stoned and hanged. Her alleged crime was adultery. After the Iranian secret police interrogated her for two days she also publicly confessed to being an accomplice to her husband’s murder. Today she awaits her gruesome fate in an Iranian prison. According to human rights groups, seven people have been stoned to death in Iran in the last four years and another 14 are sitting in jails waiting to be bound, buried to the waist and stoned. Respectful Work Environment Policy June 9th 2010

GM Canada has a workplace policy called The Respectful Work Environment Policy, which states "all employees share responsibility to sustain a respectful work environment" it should be posted in every area, I have attached a link to the policy for your convenience.
